REVIEW:

This was my favorite A.L. Jackson novel I’ve read so far!

Ian is a man who still lives with boyhood traumas. They are woven throughout the fabric of his life and he thinks of himself as the worst kind of man, a devil of sorts, not needing or deserving of love.

Grace is a woman whose powerful ex-husband has secrets of his own and will do anything to keep those secrets protected, no matter the cost to his kids or his ex-wife.

Grace and Ian were absolute FIRE! These two had chemistry that lit a room alight. And Ian with Grace’s kids was just.....all I can say is AWWWWW!

This book also provided answers to Ian’s past and the way the story was woven was perfect.

Great book!
