SYNOPSIS:

REVIEW: I DEVOURED this book! Karina Halle writes some of the best male characters ever, but in this book I loved Riley even more than I loved Maverick (and I loved him a whole lot). She was just so honest, no second-guessing, no feeling sorry for herself, she was just who she was, no apologies, and I loved that about her. The search and rescue scenes had me holding my breath and the scenes with Maverick and Riley, from the beginning, were HOT, HOT, HOT! I was blushing reading this book in public and it takes a lot for me to do that! This book had great flirty banter, action, romance, and some of the hottest scenes to ever grace my Kindle.

Once again while reading a Karina Halle novel, you can tell she had as much fun writing this book as I did reading it and it makes me happy for her and happy for myself and all the other readers who get to read Maverick and Riley's story!
